We believe our team’s distinctive and complementary backgrounds can have a transformative impact on a target healthcare business. Although we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus our investment efforts broadly across the entire healthcare and healthcare-related industries in the United States, with an emphasis on healthcare services, healthcare information technology, insurance and related products, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics.
